Heather Stevenson is Counsel with the law firm of McGuireWoods, LLP, based in Richmond, Virginia. Her practice involves counseling clients in aspects of environmental permitting and environmental regulatory compliance and working with clients interested in incorporating green practices into their projects and facilities.  Heather also has substantial experience preparing covenants and restrictions for large-scale residential, commercial, condominium, and mixed-use developments, including those projects that incorporate green building and development practices as integral elements of project design and vision.
